I am Kris! Stay-at-home mom of 3, who for the past 12 years has been transforming traditional favorites into vegan food your family won’t hate. Almost every recipe is also gluten-free, refined sugar free and laced with a touch of sarcastic mom humour (that’s a thing right?). 

Creating recipes the entire squad will love, is as challenging as it is rewarding. With varying tastes, likes, dislikes and dietary needs, a girl can go totally loco trying to please everyone. So in an effort to make meals as simple as possible, I often include “picker eater hacks” in recipes that might require a bit of tweaking to be considered universally accepted.
