Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mash avocado with a fork and toss in fresh lemon juice, cilantro, green onion, salt and garlic. Stir to combine and briefly set aside.
Toast bread to desired level. Divide the avocado mash into 4 and top each toast. Add sliced tomato, hemp hearts and black pepper to taste.
